Robert Lawson is co-founder and Managing Partner of industry leading strategy consultants Food Strategy Associates. Prior to setting up the business in 2012, he had held various senior roles in the food industry, CEO Quorn, Strategy Director of Premier Foods and United Biscuits and Global Director Strategy Snacking at Mondelez. At Food Strategy Associates he has led over 50 plant-based projects and projects on food technology across all regions of the world. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Oxford University.
