Nicolas is the co-founder of vly, a Berlin-based FoodTech startup aiming to become the global dairy leader. They utilize plant proteins and innovate on targeted, medium-specific fermentation to create the most nutritious & tasty dairy products. Within 2.5 years in one market with one product, they have sold over 10M units. Before vly, Nicolas was a nutritionist for pro athletes & a management consultant at Bain & Company. In his youth, he played for the German youth national team and still to this day very passionate about basketball. He holds a MSc degree from the University of Oxford.
