Mathilde Alexandre is Senior Project Manager at ProVeg International, a food awareness organisation working to transform the global food system by replacing animal-based products with plant-based and cultured alternatives. Mathilde is leading ProVeg’s communication, as well as market and consumer research for the Smart Protein Project, a EU-funded project with the aim to develop the next generation of healthy, tasty, and sustainable plant-based food products. She is also coordinating ProVeg’s Cellular Agriculture Project which is supporting the development and acceleration of cellular agriculture. Mathilde holds a master degree in communication and media from the Sorbonne University, where she researched on corporate communication and cultured meat.
