Casper Maasdam is Managing Director, Europe Operations at Trip.com Group, having assumed the role in January 2026. He leads the operational delivery of the Group’s European business and provides executive oversight across key regional corporate functions, working closely with local teams to strengthen performance and elevate the end-to-end customer experience.

Casper is also Chief Executive Officer of Travix (since 2025), a Trip.com Group company within the Group’s European portfolio. His dual remit strengthens alignment and collaboration across the Group’s European businesses, combining operational scale with local market expertise and strong partner networks.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience in travel and aviation, Casper has built a track record across commercial strategy and operational excellence. He joined Travix in 2018, pro-gressed through senior operational leadership roles, and was appointed CEO in 2025. Earlier in his career, he held roles at TUI, ArkeFly, Thomas Cook Netherlands and Schreiner Aviation Group, with responsibilities spanning commercial, people and legal functions.
