Aleksander Kusz is an experienced executive with a strong track record in the digital and e-commerce sectors, holding leadership roles across multiple organizations over the past decade.

He began his career at Money.pl (one of Poland’s leading online business and finance portals) in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board, later taking responsibility for the company’s subsidiaries. In 2011, he was appointed CEO, succeeding the portal’s founder. He played a key role in the strategic merger with Wirtualna Polska Holding (WPH) and continued to lead the company after its acquisition by the WP Group and Holtzbrinck Digital. From 2020 to June 2021, he served as CEO of several e-commerce companies, including Totalmoney.pl, Extradom.pl, and Homebook.pl (TM, ED, HB), where he drove strategic repositioning and business growth. Under his leadership, Totalmoney.pl received the Kincentric Best Employer award for two consecutive years. From mid-2021 until the end of April 2025, he held the role of VP E-commerce at Wirtualna Polska Holding, where he was responsible for portfolio management, with a primary focus on the travel segment. Since May 2025, he has been serving as CEO of WP Travel, overseeing one of the group’s most dynamic and strategic verticals. He is a graduate of Kozminski University in Management and Marketing and completed postgraduate studies in Management Accounting and Controlling at the University of Łódź. He has also completed the Management Program at the ICAN Institute.
