Mirja Sickel is leading the Traveler Centric Platform project at Amadeus facilitating exchange of traveler insights for the travel industry. This initiative tends to establish the trusted framework to enable travel providers, including hotels, airlines, airports, ground mobility providers and others to understand the end-to-end traveler journey and thus provide more personalized service offering. Mirja is based in Madrid and has worked in her 20 years career in the travel industry for airlines, hotels, travel agencies, airports and IT Providers. With such vast experience in the different verticals of the travel industry Traveler Centric Platform is the perfect match to bring together the different players, facilitate a better orchestrated traveler experience and help hotels to improve the guest experience.
