In 2012, he assumed the pivotal role of IT Director for Fairmont hotels in Dubai. His expertise became even more pronounced during his career with Accor from 2016 to 2021 in Singapore, where he focused on pioneering innovation, offering strategic business solutions, validating pilot projects, and assessing expansion opportunities, particularly within the luxury brand segment.
