With Bord Bia for 25 years, Mark first worked with Bord Bia’s London office before returning to Dublin to work in the role of  Beef Sector Manager. This role involves all aspects of interacting  with  beef farmers, processors, their customers via Bord Bia’s network of international market based teams. Also running a beef herd on the home farm, Mark has a keen interest in developing Irelands strength in traditional grass based beef farming, to meet the market demand for naturally produced, sustainable protein.
