Maximilian’s life has been focusing on the topic of food since the very beginning. Growing up in a family business that manufactures personalised gingerbread hearts (particularly famous at the Oktoberfest) , he learned how challenging it can be to always know what consumers want and how to make them happy on an individual basis.
Since 2018, he has been working for mymuesli with the focus on Innovations – particularly, the generation of new business ideas for radically innovative offerings (products and services). “With these innovations our team aims to inspire our mueslifriends as well as potential new customer groups to fulfill the mymuesli purpose: “to make good conscience food lovable, to feed the world sustainably.”
“With this vision, we at mymuesli are constantly expanding our portfolio, e.g. with our vegan milk alternative NILK – ‘No milk. Really.’, our vegan chocs and constantly growing vegan muesli and porridge portfolio. Just recently we have launched our groundbreaking innovation of “Personalised Nutrition” enabled by a DNA-based nutrition test. By that, we are becoming the first company in Europe to offer fully personalised food to our mueslifriends – from test to the table.
