Andrew Morgan joined Coats in 1981, working as a plant manager in Latin America, then as a general manager in Europe, and for the last 20 years in a succession of global manufacturing, supply chain and innovation roles. He took up his current position as the Head of Sustainability in 2016.

With the publication of Coats’ first Sustainability Report, in March 2019, Andrew led the launch of Coats’ new Sustainability Strategy, that set out seven ambitious targets for 2022 across five priority areas. This built on the good work already done in the area of Corporate Responsibility and accelerates the company’s progress towards a more sustainable future.

Today, Andrew continues to champion a more sustainable future for Coats, leading the drive for progress towards achieving the targets laid out under Coat’s Sustainability Strategy and strengthening its commitments.
