Sven Oliver Neitzel grew up in Mexico City, just one of 18 places he called home. He discovered his passion for hospitality, culinary arts, and the joy of fine living early on. After studying business administration and hotel management, he refined his expertise at Cornell University. His career includes executive roles in international hospitality and consulting. Now, a food entrepreneur and restaurant coach, he has headed the national gastronomy concept and consulting division at Edeka’s headquarters in Hamburg.
