Philipp Laqué is the head of operations, business development, and strategic planning for Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) in Europe and the UK. His 20-year career in the restaurant industry started at Starbucks Coffee Deutschland where he led category and product development. Today, he leads an international team that delivers data-driven solutions to restaurant brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with key markets in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.

Known for his astute analysis of consumer behavior and restaurant menu pricing, Laqué is a frequent contributor to industry publications and a featured speaker at conferences. He speaks English and German and enjoys traveling for business and pleasure.
