In his role, Chad drives the division’s transformation agenda, leading digital, commercial, and organizational initiatives shaping the future direction of Alshaya’s hospitality business.
He also oversees key partnerships and joint ventures with global brands, including The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s and Universal, ensuring alignment between brand standards, market growth, and long-term value creation.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience at Alshaya and in international hospitality, Chad has built a strong track record of scaling brands, delivering sustained financial performance, and leading large, diverse teams across multiple markets.
