Dr. Philipp Laqué leads operations, business development and strategic planning for Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) across Europe and the United Kingdom. He oversees an international team delivering data-driven pricing and revenue management solutions to restaurant brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with key markets including Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
Laqué began his career at Starbucks Coffee Deutschland, where he led category and product development initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he is known for his analysis of consumer behavior and restaurant menu pricing.
An authoritative voice in the field, Laqué frequently contributes to industry publications and speaks at conferences on pricing strategy and restaurant performance trends.

Alfonso Delgado, Executive Consultant, Revenue Management Solutions
Alfonso Delgado serves as an Executive Consultant to Revenue Management Solutions, advising its global restaurant brand clients on pricing strategy, revenue management and dynamic pricing execution.
Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Delgado has developed dynamic pricing models, algorithms and revenue management applications for restaurant and hospitality companies operating across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. His multinational client portfolio extends well beyond foodservice—recent engagements include designing revenue management frameworks and highly customized dynamic pricing strategies for a major European cruise line, a market-leading train operator and a leading cargo shipping company.
A respected revenue management expert, Delgado holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Nick is an Associate Partner and heads the Strategic Advisory team at WhiteSpace Partners, working with restaurant groups and foodservice brands on international and domestic expansion, franchising strategy and development, and market entry. Over the past fourteen years he has built a wealth of experience across the food retail and restaurant sectors, including eight years with the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group where he worked across new market entry, international growth strategy, concept development, and financial analysis and modelling.
Nick works with brands at all stages of their growth journey, from initial market assessments through to growth planning and entry strategies. Across his career, his work has spanned the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.

Vincent Mourre, CEO, WhiteSpace Partners Ltd.
Vincent Mourre is the co-founder and CEO of WhiteSpace Partners. Prior to joining the restaurant industry, Vincent began his career in corporate and investment banking before his passion for food led the way to creating, developing, and managing a number of successful food and beverage groups. With over 20 years’ experience as a food service CEO, senior consultant focused on international restaurant group growth and private equity advisor, his extensive operational know how is matched only by his instinctive strategic insight, project-led precision, and financial acumen.
