Lunch Concepts

This tour highlights trendy cafés, artisanal sandwich shops, and innovative concepts experimenting with fusion cuisine and experiential dining. Current trends in Dutch lunch offerings include Asian-Western cuisine crossovers, plant-based options, and sustainability.

This tour involves walking and some use of public transportation.

Restaurants

Amsterdam’s restaurant scene is as diverse as it is dynamic. Numerous innovative concepts reflect global culinary trends, with fusion cuisine leading the way. Chinese cuisine is also experiencing a renaissance. Pop-ups frequently provide unique dining experiences, and “guilty pleasure” snacks—boosted by social media—are gaining popularity.

Contemporary Concepts

This tour takes you to Amsterdam Noord, an area known for its extraordinary concepts. It offers insights into the pioneering and ever-evolving gastronomic scene of the Dutch capital. Current concepts focus on design consistency, sustainability, immersive dining experiences, and local ingredients. Stops include chic cafes and trendy spots with stunning designs or innovative cuisine.

Due to longer distances between locations, this tour will be conducted entirely by bicycle.
