The North Face
I have been working at The North Face for almost 4 years. I began working within the product team before moving to e-commerce in taking my current role to establish a European resale business. Since last year I have also led our Warranty team. Prior to The North Face, I interned at eBay to learn how large-scale B2C and C2C marketplaces operated. I personally ran a small, elevated C2C resale business while studying Geography at the University of Bristol, which is where my deep interests for the growing recommerce landscape were seeded.
