Michael Willeke, born in Paderborn, Germany, is VP Marketing for Integrated Marketing Experience at The Coca-Cola Company in Europe.

In this role, he contributes to the marketing and digital transformation for the brand portfolio in Europe.

Michael started his career in advertising, developing brand and communication strategies for various food, consumer goods and sportswear brands.

In 2006, Willeke joined Puma in Herzogenaurach as International Marketing Manager and later became Head of Marketing Emerging Markets, where he was responsible for the Puma portfolio in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.

After moving to The Coca-Cola Company in 2009, he has since held various roles: Director of Marketing Communications, responsible for Brand Communications for Germany.

His role expanded in 2013 when he also became Brand Director for Flavour Sparkling brands. From 2015 to 2018, he took on the role of Director Integrated Marketing Communications for TCCC and Digital Champion in Western Europe.

In 2018, Willeke took on the position of Marketing Director for Germany, Denmark and Finland.

Michael has a degree in European Media Studies from the University of Potsdam.
