Oriol de Pablo

Oriol de Pablo, co-founder and CEO of VICIO (Barcelona, 1982), holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, an MBA from IESE, and has studied Art History and Globalization. Until the age of 30, he worked in strategic consulting and large multinational companies. Entering his thirties, de Pablo decided to become an entrepreneur, starting with a social entrepreneurship project, and for the past five years, he has been leading VICIO, the company he co-founded with Aleix Puig, which has become the leading food delivery company in Spain.

Today, VICIO is one of the most innovative and fastest-growing brands in the sector, with more than 30 locations in Spain and a team of over 800 employees. Oriol leads the company as CEO, driving its expansion and consolidation into new markets, including the recent opening of its first international store in Lisbon. In 2024, VICIO achieved a turnover of 55 million euros, a 30% increase from the previous year.
