Marta Pogroszewska

Marta Pogroszewska is the COO of Bread Holdings, the Managing Director of GAIL’s with currently 140 units in UK, and has been the Executive Director at Bread Holdings Ltd for the past seven years.

Marta holds a Master’s Degree in Economy and Strategy and brings twenty years of international experience in hospitality and leadership.

Currently, she mentors executive directors, serves as a NED on the Board of Pan-Pek Croatia, is a Member of the European Food Service Summit Advisory Board, and works with Well Grounded as a NED.

Specialising in building and leading empowered teams, Marta practices developing and implementing effective transformation and evolution strategies. An optimist with an everlasting focus on people and business growth, she is driven by an eternal commitment to lead change.
