Marta Pogroszewska is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Bread Holdings, following her recent tenure as Chief Operating Officer and seven years as Executive Director at Bread Holdings Ltd. Marta was also the Managing Director of GAIL’s, overseeing the growth of the brand to 140 units across the UK.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Economy and Strategy, and brings twenty years of international experience in hospitality and leadership.
Currently, Marta mentors executive directors, serves as a NED on the Board of Pan-Pek Croatia, is a Member of the European Food Service Summit Advisory Board, and works with Well Grounded as a NED.
