Luis Socías Uribe

Luis Socías Uribe is the Managing Director of Invest in Madrid and General Director of the Madrid Foundation for Competitiveness, where he leads initiatives to attract international investment and strengthen Madrid’s global competitiveness.

Previously, he served as Deputy Director to the General Secretary of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), after leading its European Projects Office. He began his professional career in strategic consulting at Deloitte.

Luis holds degrees in Business Administration and Management and Law from the University of Deusto, an Executive Training Program from ESADE, and has completed executive programs in business and public management at institutions including the London School of Economics and Princeton University.
