Katrin Wissmann

Katrin Wissmann is Programme Director of the European Foodservice Summit, where she shapes the conference agenda and curates its international speaker lineup. An experienced editor and foodservice industry journalist, she has been part of dfv media group since 2006 and has held senior editorial roles, including Executive Editor of foodservice Europe & Middle East. She also leads the research, analysis, and presentation of the annual Top 100 Ranking of Germany’s largest restaurant and foodservice operators. Katrin studied Journalism and American Studies in Germany, Spain, and the United States.
