Arthur Käser is Chief Operating Officer of FR L’Osteria SE, responsible for the operations of more than 200 restaurants across ten countries. Having held leadership roles in the business for many years, including General Manager, Operations Manager, and as L’Osteria’s first COO, he has played a key role in scaling and professionalizing one of Europe’s leading casual dining brands. Following a period as CEO of coa Holding GmbH, he returned to L’Osteria and now oversees international restaurant operations, organizational development, and growth strategy.
