Dr. Andy Zynga is VP Strategic Partnerships at HITI, a Dubai based $1B investment fund scaling disruptive food technologies globally. Previously, he was CEO of EIT Food, the world’s largest food innovation network, investing €80M annually to transform the food system. As CEO of NineSigma, he led an open innovation firm where ~40% of clients were in Food & Beverage. Andy has held five CEO roles in the US and Europe, and has taught MBA courses on innovation and Marketing at universities worldwide.
