Founded in 2021, it has grown rapidly from a delivery-focused startup into a multi-city chain specializing in Spanish omelets (tortilla de patatas). With more than 15 years of experience across retail, media, agencies and foodservice, Christopher specialises in driving business growth through brand strategy, communications, cultural relevance and strategic partnerships. As the company’s first corporate hire, he has led La Martinuca’s brand and expansion strategy. Christopher also serves as a guest lecturer, consultant and keynote speaker.
