As the Founder & Chief Experience Officer of Livit (www.livit.design), he has been running the world’s leading F&B transformation company for more than 25 years. Livit focuses on enhancing brand performance through guest experience design and operational efficiency. Having designed over 16,000 restaurants and being active in more than 45 countries, Livit continues to shape the industry, with a Livit-designed experience opening somewhere in the world every 8 hours.
Benjamin is also the Co-Founder of Fast Fine Restaurant Group, driving the growth of V Modern Italian (www.v.restaurant), a lifestyle restaurant brand that has expanded to 10 locations across Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the U.S.
Benjamin holds two Master of Architecture degrees and is acknowledged as an international expert in hospitality, design, and innovation. He is a respected keynote speaker at conferences, leadership events, conferences and industry events worldwide, sharing his wealth of knowledge.
