Anna Kozachenko

Anna Kozachenko is the Founder and CEO of Milk Bar Group, one of Ukraine’s most well-known multi-brand hospitality groups, currently operating nine locations across Ukraine and Poland. The group owns and manages three successful Ukrainian brands – Milk Bar, Good Girl, Dogs&Tails, with its flagship Milk Bar being recognized as a pioneer in premium desserts and celebration experiences. The group is currently in active expansion phase, with new locations planned in Baku, Azerbaijan, and new restaurants launching in Kyiv and Warsaw.

The company’s success is built on a distinctive business model that emphasizes premium locations, exceptional product quality, constant product innovation, personalized guest experiences, and high-end interior design, all while maintaining accessible pricing. This approach has established Milk Bar Group as a hospitality company with a unique soul and authentic character.

Since the outbreak of war in 2022, Milk Bar has not only sustained its business and kept its entire team, but has evolved from a beloved local patisserie into an international company, representing the new wave of Ukrainian hospitality going global.

Anna began her career in marketing later landing in hospitality and discovering this is her true passion. She is now using her marketing skills, complemented by a digital-first approach to brand building and customer engagement to expand the brand. She is currently spearheading the reinvention of the group’s marketing strategy to further strengthen its global presence.
