Andrija Topic

Andrija Topić currently serves as a Board Member at Studenac Market, a rapidly growing chain of proximity markets based in Croatia. Known for its extensive presence, Studenac operates approximately 900 stores across the country, making it one of Croatia’s leading retail brands. Andrija’s primary focus is identifying M&A targets, leading negotiations, and ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities. With over three years in this role, Topić has successfully merged multiple companies, enhancing Studenac’s market presence and operational synergy.  

Previously, he was Director of Integration at Studenac from September 2021 to April 2024, managing strategic project implementations and full business integrations. His past roles include Chief Growth Officer at Tokić Ltd, where he led international sales and expansion, and Executive Director of Retail Operations at Fortenova Grupa, where he optimized in-store processes across five countries. Additionally, Topić has experience as a Project Manager at Agrokor and as a Junior Retail Consultant at CBRE South Eastern Europe. His extensive experience in business development and project management has been pivotal in driving Studenac’s robust growth trajectory.
