Andreas Karlsson

Andreas Karlsson is CEO of Sticks’n’Sushi, leading the brand’s international growth across the UK, Denmark and Germany. Before joining the company in 2011, he held senior hospitality roles focused on restaurant operations and global expansion, including work with Wagamama. He previously led Sticks’n’Sushi’s UK business before becoming Group CEO in 2019, overseeing strategy, development and market expansion – including the planned first Prague restaurant opening in 2026.
