Alimentaria & Hostelco is the international benchmark platform for the food, gastronomy, and hospitality industry.

Located in Barcelona and organised by Alimentaria Exhibitions, a Fira de Barcelona company, the major trade show platform for the food and beverage, foodservice and hospitality equipment industry has celebrated this year an edition marked by international participation and business, that has once again brought together the entire sector.

3,200 exhibiting companies and 108,000 professional visitors have reaffirmed the leadership as the main platform for promoting the networking by strengthening the complementarity of its represented sectors.

The leading trade fair in the restaurant and catering industry, has featured the latest in equipment, products, services, and activities so that professionals in the restaurant, hospitality and catering trades discovered new developments, creative ideas and innovative business approaches. It has been the largest Spanish trade fair platform with international reach focused on the Horeca channel, with the aim of multiplying synergies and boosting business and training opportunities in such an important sector.

To maximise business opportunities, the exhibition has a strategic buyer invitation programme, which have brought together more than 2,200 importers, distributors, executives, and high-level purchasing managers coming from 80 countries, who took part in some 13,500 meetings.

The next edition of the trade fair platform will be held from 23 to 26 March 2026 at the Gran Via venue.
