Torsten Olderog

Torsten Olderog is a Professor of Marketing and Service Management at AKAD University in Stuttgart, Germany. He has dedicated two decades to teaching and researching the fields of marketing, services, and gastronomy.
Recognised as an expert in the food service industry, Mr Olderog is sought after as an engaging speaker at conferences and events. Additionally, he serves as dean at the ICA Management Academy for food service and public catering, where he has trained over 3,000 industry managers.
Since 2022, Olderog has been moderating at the Foodservice Forum in Hamburg, and starting in 2024, he will gradually transition to the moderator position at the European Foodservice Summit in Amsterdam. He is fluent in German and English and enjoys experiencing the gastronomy and cuisines of various regions and metropolises across Europe.
