Lebensmittelerfahrung.<\/p>\n<p>Als gelernter Metzgermeister hat Friedrich B\u00fcse bereits Ende der 90er Jahre die Entscheidung getroffen, die Fleisch- und Wurstwarenindustrie zu verlassen und neue Wege einzuschlagen. Sein Ziel dabei war es, eine nachhaltigere Antwort auf Fleisch zu finden. Das erstreckte sich \u00fcber verschiedenste Positionen und Unternehmen in \u00fcber 50 L\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<p>Basierend auf diesen wertvollen Erfahrungen hat Friedrich B\u00fcse in 2015 die endori food gegr\u00fcndet, ein Pionier des plant-based Food auf Erbsenbasis, seit 2018 ein Teil der Pfeifer &amp; Langen IHKG. Er ist als Gesellschafter dem Unternehmen nach wie vor verbunden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Neugr\u00fcndung der IRODIMA in 2023 verfolgt Friedrich B\u00fcse mit seinem Team die Mission \u201eShaping a better world with every bite.\u201c Das Unternehmen entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet innovative und geschmackvolle Produkte mit hohem N\u00e4hrwert auf Basis pflanzlicher und alternativer Proteine.
