av-k7yuci90-a18c0bcded5d1c9d05f50a7123e6837d '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Ich habe an der TU M\u00fcnchen-Weihenstephan \u201eTechnologie und Biotechnologie der Lebensmittel\u201c studiert. Anschlie\u00dfend habe ich am Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Verfahrenstechnik und Verpackung (IVV) zum Thema \u201eCharakterisierung der funktionellen und sensorischen Eigenschaften von Lupinenproteinen\u201c in Zusammenarbeit mit der Friedrich-Alexander-Universit\u00e4t Erlangen-N\u00fcrnberg promoviert. Von 2017 bis 2020 war ich Stellvertretende Abteilungsleiterin in der Abteilung Verfahrensentwicklung pflanzliche Rohstoffe und dabei f\u00fcr den Bereich Lebensmittelzutaten verantwortlich. Seit Juli 2021 leite ich die Abteilung Verfahrensentwicklung Lebensmittel und habe meinen wissenschaftlichen Fokus in den Bereichen Lebensmittelzutaten und deren Anwendung in verschiedenen Lebensmittelgruppen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2014 erhielt ich zusammen mit Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Eisner und Katrin Petersen den Deutschen Zukunftspreis f\u00fcr Innovation und Technologie des Bundespr\u00e4sidenten f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Lebensmittelzutaten aus Blauen S\u00fc\u00dflupinen. Im Jahr 2022 wurde ich von der Stadt Freising mit dem Wissenschaftspreis Weihenstephan
