Technologiekonzerns GEA. In dieser Funktion treibt sie die industrielle Skalierung biotechnologischer Verfahren f\u00fcr neue Lebensmittel und Inhaltsstoffe voran. Dabei verbindet sie Technologieentwicklung, Anlagenbau und wirtschaftliche Umsetzbarkeit. Als gefragte Rednerin und Panelistin auf internationalen New-Food- und Biotechnologie-Konferenzen besch\u00e4ftigt sie sich insbesondere mit der Frage, wie auswissenschaftlichen Durchbr\u00fcchen robuste und skalierbare Produktionsprozesse werden.<\/p>\n<p>Zuvor baute Reiners als Vice President des GEA Digital Hub ein Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum mit Schwerpunkt auf IIoT und Data Science auf und entwickelte das digitale \u00d6kosystem sowie neue Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle innerhalb des Konzerns weiter. Vor ihrem Wechsel zu GEA leitete sie bei Accenture Kundenprojekte unter anderem f\u00fcr die Automobil- und Chemieindustrie. Reiners ist Maschinenbauingenieurin der RWTH Aachen und absolvierte einen Executive MBA am IMD in Lausanne. Ihre Verbindung aus Ingenieurwissen, Digitalisierungserfahrung und Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung pr\u00e4gt ihren Blick auf Deep Tech und dessen industrielle
