Dresden, 1998\u20132004) mit den Schwerpunkten Technische Geb\u00e4udeausr\u00fcstung und Automatisierungstechnik, er ist verheiratet und hat 2erwachsene Kinder. Ab 2006 arbeitete er f\u00fcr die Schweizer Georg Fischer AG (GF Piping Systems), den Weltmarktf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr industrielle Rohrleitungssysteme \u2013 dort begegneten ihm erstmals transparente Rohre, in denen Algen wachsen. Aus dieser Faszination wurde eine Mission: das Ern\u00e4hrungssystem enkeltauglich zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer ersten Unternehmensgr\u00fcndung im Bereich Anlagenbau (2016) gr\u00fcndete er 2022 gemeinsam mit Alfred P\u00fcrstinger die PUEVIT GmbH in Dresden. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und betreibt geschlossene Rohr-Photobioreaktoren (PACT-System, patentiert) und produziert unter der Marke ALGENWERK frische Spirulina-Biomasse in h\u00f6chster verf\u00fcgbarer Lebensmittelqualit\u00e4t \u2013 nie getrocknet. Lange Haltbarkeit von und viele andere Features machen frische Mikroalgen vom ALGENWERK erstmals als Zutat f\u00fcr Industrie und Handel wirklich interessant und handhabbar.<\/p>\n<p>ALGENWERK wurde 2026 mit dem INTERNORGA Zukunftspreis in der Kategorie Food &amp; Beverages ausgezeichnet; 2023 war Gunnar M\u00fchlst\u00e4dt f\u00fcr den S\u00e4chsischen Gr\u00fcnderpreis nominiert. Er ist Mitglied im Innovationscluster Algenbiotechnologie Mitteldeutschland, kooperiert eng mit Lehrst\u00fchlen der TU Dresden und engagiert sich in F\u00f6rder- und Regulierungsfragen f\u00fcr den Algensektor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201eAlgen sind unsere Zukunft \u2013 wir m\u00fcssen es aber richtig machen, denn am Ende entscheidet immer der
