producing low-cost mycelium biomass as a drop-in solution for the meat industry. He began his career at McKinsey &amp; Company in London, before serving on the UK Government&#8217;s Covid-19 Taskforce and helping scale Berlin-based e-commerce unicorn Razor Group. He founded Pacifico in 2022, backed by leading investors. Using a proprietary fermentation process that plugs into idle brewery infrastructure, Pacifico delivers a high-protein, high-fibre ingredient at a fraction of the usual cost.
