Seine Karriere begann 1978 mit einer kaufm\u00e4nnischen Lehre bei REWE, gefolgt von einem berufsbegleitenden BWL-Studium. Ab 1990 \u00fcbernahm er bei Coca-Cola F\u00fchrungspositionen im Vertrieb und der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung.<\/p>\n<p>2001 wechselte er zu Intersnack als Vertriebsdirektor und war ab 2005 im Vorstand der Interseroh SE t\u00e4tig. 2011 kehrte er als Sprecher der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung zu Intersnack Deutschland zur\u00fcck und wurde 2014 in das Board der Intersnack Group berufen. Unter seiner F\u00fchrung verdoppelte sich der Markenumsatz, und die Innovationskraft des Unternehmens wurde gezielt gest\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2022 ist Stroese CEO der Nature\u2019s Richness Holding GmbH (Tochtergesellschaft Pfeifer &amp; Langen Industrie- und Handels-KG), wo er das strategische Gesch\u00e4ftsfeld \u201eNew Food\u201c verantwortet.
