Enrico Krien is currently the Director of Customer Success at NIQ. He is leading the Consultants and Insights teams which drive consulting and insights excellence. They advise our customers and deliver best-inclass analysis across the DACH region. We have laser sharp focus on enhancing our clients’ satisfaction and help them grow in their industry. Enrico started his career with NIQ in 2009 and has been working with the top manufacturers across the grocery & near-food sector to boost their performance and market positioning, with strong client engagement. He regularly serves as a keynote speaker at industry events, in Germany and abroad, on FMCG topics including health, dairy, retail and consumer trends. Enrico is based in Frankfurt, Germany. His main passion is adding value to everything he does, for the client and his teams.
