M\u00fcgge\u00a0studierte Pflege- und Gesundheitswissenschaften an der Evangelischen Hochschule Darmstadt. Seit Dezember 2022 ist sie bei der Diakonie Hessen\u00a0als Referentin f\u00fcr ambulante Pflege, Digitalisierung und Telematikinfrastruktur sowie Krankenhauswesen im Ressort\u00a0<em>Gesundheit, Alter, Pflege<\/em>\u00a0t\u00e4tig. Zuvor leitete Bettina M\u00fcgge die Abteilung f\u00fcr strategische Gesch\u00e4ftsfeld- und Pflegeentwicklung bei einem gro\u00dfen Tr\u00e4ger von Pflegeeinrichtungen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit langj\u00e4hriger Erfahrung in Industrie, Wirtschaft und Gesundheitswesen setzt sie sich f\u00fcr eine zukunftsf\u00e4hige Gesundheits- und Pflegeversorgung ein. Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte liegen in der fachlichen Beratung, im Projektmanagement, in der Organisationsentwicklung sowie in der Interessenvertretung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Diakonie Hessen\u00a0ist ein Mitglieder- und Spitzenverband mit rund 432 Rechtstr\u00e4gern und etwa 2.400 Einrichtungen und Angeboten in den Bereichen Kinder-, Jugend- und Familienhilfe, Alten- und Krankenhilfe, Behinderten-, Eingliederungs- und Suchthilfe, Migrations- und Fl\u00fcchtlingsberatung sowie der Unterst\u00fctzung von Menschen in besonderen sozialen Situationen. Gemeinsam mit ihren Mitgliedern besch\u00e4ftigt die Diakonie Hessen rund 45.000 Mitarbeitende. Zudem engagieren sich etwa 45.000 freiwillig in einem diakonischen Ehrenamt. Im Gesundheits- und Pflegewesen vertritt sie rund 600 Einrichtungen &#8211; darunter Krankenh\u00e4user, (teil-)station\u00e4re und ambulante Pflegeeinrichtungen, Einrichtungen der
