seit 2022 das Institut f\u00fcr Innovation, Pflege und Alter (IPA) der Evangelischen Heimstiftung. Sie verantwortet dort die strategische Entwicklung und wissenschaftliche Begleitung von Projekten an der Schnittstelle von Innovation und Pflegepraxis. Judith Schoch studierte Erziehungswissenschaft, Psychologie und Soziologie an der Universit\u00e4t Heidelberg und promovierte dort 2012 in Gerontologie zum Thema Lebensqualit\u00e4t von Menschen mit Demenz. W\u00e4hrend Ihrer mehrj\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeit als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut f\u00fcr Gerontologie forschte sie u.a. in Projekten zu Mobilit\u00e4t, Techniknutzung und digitalen Kompetenzen im Alter. Daran anschlie\u00dfend konzipierte und leitete sie beim Caritasverband Bruchsal strategische Projekte in der Altenhilfe. In ihrer aktuellen Position verbindet sie Forschung, Strategie und Innovation mit dem Ziel, digitale Anwendungen verantwortungsvoll in die Pflege zu
