Die Klinik f\u00fcr Geriatrie ist u.a. als Alterstrauma-Zentrum, Geriatrie-Zentrum, Diabeteszentrum und in der ern\u00e4hrungsmedizinischen Versorgung zertifiziert. Insofern liegen hier die Arbeits- und Forschungsschwerpunkte der Klinik. Gleichzeitig ist Prof. Dr. Thomas Reinbold Lehrstuhlinhaber f\u00fcr Geriatrie an der Universit\u00e4t Witten\/Herdecke und hat eine Honorarprofessur f\u00fcr angewandte Ern\u00e4hrungswissenschaften an der CBS Hochschule in K\u00f6ln. Als Gastroenterologe, Diabetologe, Geriater und Ern\u00e4hrungsmediziner k\u00fcmmert er sich insbesondere um die medizinischen Schwerpunktbereiche Mangelern\u00e4hrung, Sarkopenie, Dysphagie und
