Seit 2012 ist er f\u00fcr die Hotelaktivit\u00e4ten der Art-Invest verantwortlich und hat in dieser Zeit ein Portfolio von ca. 55 Hotels mit einem Investitionsvolumen von ca. 2 Mrd. \u20ac aufgebaut.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den aktuellen Referenzen z\u00e4hlen das Hoxton Hotel Hamburg (ehemals Sofitel), das 25h Hotel in Florenz sowie die k\u00fcrzlich er\u00f6ffneten Moxy Hotels am Flughafen K\u00f6ln und K\u00f6ln M\u00fclheim. Peter managt auch die Beteiligung der Art-Invest an der The Chocolate on The Pillow Group, die 2020 von Art-Invest \u00fcbernommen
