<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Passion f\u00fcr die Hotellerie begann f\u00fcr Julian M\u00f6rs bereits in jungen Jahren, in denen er bereits neben der Schule eine F\u00fclle praktischer Erfahrungen in Hotelbetrieben im Rheinland sammeln konnte. Nach dem Abitur absolvierte er eine Ausbildung zum Hotelfachmann bei den Althoff Hotels und bekleidete daraufhin diverse Vertriebs- und Managementpositionen in nationalen sowie internationalen Gruppen der Luxushotellerie. Hierauf folgten der Aufbau des immobilienspezifischen Know-hows als Berater in einem Immobilienunternehmen sowie ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft und der Wirtschaftspsychologie in M\u00fcnchen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2016 ist er f\u00fcr die Expansion der Ruby Gruppe zust\u00e4ndig und l\u00e4sst hier seine Erfahrungen aus Hotellerie und Immobilienbranche zusammenflie\u00dfen. Seit 2020 leitet er das Development-Team und ist somit verantwortlich f\u00fcr die nationale sowie internationale Expansion der Lean Luxury
