In dieser Zeit konnte die Marke ING ihre starke Reputation behaupten und positioniert sich heute konsequent \u00fcber alle Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche als Enabler Brand. Der smarte Einsatz von Dirk Nowitzki als Markenbotschafter ist seit 2003 wichtiger Baustein dieser Erfolgsgeschichte. Mit \u00fcber 9 Millionen Kundinnen und Kunden ist die ING heute die drittgr\u00f6\u00dfte Bank in Deutschland und belegt in der Kundenumfrage des Wirtschaftsmagazins \u20acuro seit 15 Jahren in Folge die Nummer 1 Position.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits den ersten Schritt ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn setzte Waltraud Niemann nach dem Studium der BWL in Essen im Direktgesch\u00e4ft. Als Teamleiterin verantwortete sie bei der Neckermann Versand AG in Frankfurt die Themen Bestandsaufbau und Neukundenakquise. Im Jahr 2000 wurde sie Ressortleiterin bei der DiBa \u2013 Allgemeine Deutsche Direktbank AG f\u00fcr die Themen Werbung und Media. Von 2011 bis 2014 \u00fcbernahm sie die Gesamtverantwortung f\u00fcr das Marketing der ING-DiBa in \u00d6sterreich. Nach ihrer R\u00fcckkehr nach Frankfurt im Jahr 2014 wurde sie Direktorin Marketing mit den Schwerpunkten Customer Experience und werbliche Kommunikation. Im Zuge der Transformation der ING zur ersten agilen Bank im Jahr 2018 \u00fcbernahm sie die gesamtheitliche Verantwortung f\u00fcr Marke und Kommunikation.
