Multichannel), die Inhalte von RTL+ sowie alle journalistischen Inhalte und digitalen Plattformen von RTL NEWS (au\u00dfer stern+).<\/p>\n<p>Bereits im M\u00e4rz 2023 hat Inga Leschek die Programmgesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung von RTL und RTL+ \u00fcbernommen, nachdem sie zuvor als Director Nonfiction die non-fiktionalen Inhalte beim Streaminganbieter Netflix f\u00fcr den deutschsprachigen und zentral- und osteurop\u00e4ischen Raum verantwortet hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Vor ihrem Wechsel zu Netflix im Oktober 2021 war sie Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin der Produktionsunternehmen RTL Studios (vormals Norddeich TV) und 99pro media, die sie ab 2020 erfolgreich zusammengef\u00fchrt hat. Unter ihrer Leitung entstanden unter anderem Erfolgsformate wie \u201eNinja Warrior\u201c (RTL), \u201eGuidos Deko Queen\u201c (VOX) oder \u201eAre you the one?\u201c (RTL+).<\/p>\n<p>Inga Leschek kam 2013 von der Produktionsfirma Tresor TV, die sie seit 2005 als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin in \u00d6sterreich und seit 2010 in Deutschland leitete.
