Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Ernst &amp; Young, Deloitte, and Andersen, focusing on the retail and consumer goods sectors. Alessandro holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University. Under his leadership, QSRP reached a turnover of \u20ac1.6 billion in 2024 and employs over 7,000 people.
