Fascinated by haute cuisine, he decided to pursue a culinary apprenticeship under the two Michelin-starred Wolfgang Becker in Trier. What began as a vision soon became a passion: since 2016, Johannes B\u00fchler has served as Managing Director at the premium burger brand Hans im Gl\u00fcck, where he is responsible for strategy,
