F\u00fchrungserfahrung in der Beratung meiner eigenen Firma fortzusetzen. Zudem habe ich es mir als Aufgabe gemacht, mein Wissen im Bereich Personalmanagement und F\u00fchrung an die n\u00e4chste Generation weiterzugeben. Dies vermittle ich im Rahmen meiner Dozentent\u00e4tigkeit f\u00fcr verschiedene Bildungseinrichtungen und renommierte Hochschulen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber die letzten 30 Jahre haben sich die Themen und Schwerpunkte im Bereich Personal drastisch ver\u00e4ndert und ich mich mit Ihnen.<\/p>\n<p>Mein Fokus ist nach wie vor ein wirtschaftlicher.
