Professorin f\u00fcr Wirtschaftspsychologie an der FOM Hochschule f\u00fcr Oekonomie und Management sowie als Beraterin und Inhaberin der Kowaru GmbH f\u00fcr HR- und People Analytics t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Ihrem Studium der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universit\u00e4t Twente und der Radboud Universit\u00e4t Nijmegen in den Niederlanden promovierte sie an der Universit\u00e4t Groningen. Seither ist sie sowohl in der Wissenschaft als auch in der Wirtschaft aktiv. Dort befasst sie sich neben anderen Themen auch mit der evidenzbasierten Personalarbeit sowie mit Fragestellungen rund um berufliche Kompetenzen. Unter anderem arbeitete Sie f\u00fcr das Bundesinstitut f\u00fcr Berufsbildung im Bereich beruflicher Kompetenzentwicklung und ist derzeit als Expertin im OECD Projekt Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Skills (dt.: K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und die Zukunft von Kompetenzen) involviert.
