Der ausgebildete Fleischermeister und Betriebswirt war zuvor \u00fcber 20 Jahre in F\u00fchrungsfunktionen in der Lebensmittelbranche t\u00e4tig, u.\u202fa. als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von T\u00f6nnies Beef und Kaufland Fleischwaren sowie in leitender Funktion bei Edeka S\u00fcdwest Fleisch. Die Schulung von Mitarbeitenden stellte ihn trotz aller Fortschritte immer wieder vor Herausforderungen. Mit doinstruct hat er die L\u00f6sung mitentwickelt, die er sich damals selbst gew\u00fcnscht h\u00e4tte.
