Ph.D. in Tierwissenschaften, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 30 Jahre umfassende Erfahrung in der Schweinefleischproduktion \u2013 von der Abferkelung bis hin zum Endprodukt auf dem Teller. Derzeit ist sie als Chefberaterin im Kompetenzzentrum f\u00fcr Schweineproduktion beim D\u00e4nischen Fachverband der Land- und Ern\u00e4hrungswirtschaft in Kopenhagen t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p>Ihr Aufgabenschwerpunkt liegt in der Wissensvermittlung sowie in der nationalen und internationalen Zusammenarbeit in den Bereichen Kastration, Ebermast, Tierschutz, Schweinef\u00fctterung und Aus- und Weiterbildung.
